The Wire Guys maintenance contracts will ensure that your PBX system is always functioning at its highest potential. Every contract is fully customized with our customer’s best interests in mind.
All PBX systems sold by us, as covered in our maintenance agreement, cover parts and labour in the event of system failure. Changes, moves and add-ons will be billed at a predefined labour rate.
Most installations have a one year warranty on equipment. The warrantee will then be put in place after the installation is completed and accepted by you.
The Wire Guys Technical support centre is fully managed 24 hours a day. Our team of experts can trouble shoot, diagnose and answer your questions around the clock.
